We had lots of fun at our school picnic. 

It was very hot. 

We played on the swings and played tug of war. 

It was nice sitting in the shade.

Dinosaurs at Redwood School

The palaeontologists in Room 9 have discovered a new group of dinosaurs. They have named this group 'boxosaurs'. These dinosaurs are tiny and very friendly. Be careful though, some of them have sharp teeth. They love to play in the bushes by the field.

Craig Smith

Last week New Zealand author, Craig Smith shared some stories and songs with the Kiwi Syndicate.

He was very funny. We liked when he made funny faces and made strange sounds.

Craig brought his friends - Kaha the Kea and a very cheeky monkey.
